Dear Family and Friends,

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year !!!!

2011 was a quiet year for us. We still live in the same rented house in Grasse, France. Matthias continues working for ST-Ericsson. Pascale finished successfully her online course in Webmaster at the Klett Akademie and she still  designs and develops websites and works as a freelancer (your-webdesign.ch). And Julian and Anouk? They go both to school and enjoy it. Julian (8) started his third year at primary school, and Anouk (5) started her third year at kindergarten. Yes, this is correct. In France you do three years of preschool.  They became so big !!! In our Diary you can see a lot of pictures of them. But of course we don't always work. So we had some wonderful ski vacation at Wiriehorn and a fun wine tasting weekend in Piemont (Italy). Pascale went a few days to Dubai to visit her friend Nicole with family. What an adventure for her! We also did some hiking and of course we enjoyed the time with our friends here in France and with our visitors from Switzerland.
